In the Essex countryside - The NLC clouds glow a rich and vibrant blue. Noctilucent clouds are a cloud-like phenomena in the upper atmosphere of Earth. The clouds are made up from ice crystals and are only visible during twilight hours of summer. They often be seen between 11.30pm and 2.30am. They don't always show so its a game of patience and regular trips outside. They sweep across the sky and captivate most audiences with their vibrant glowing blues to orange and pinks.
